General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by [IWOZ] on the website [GLOWZI.COM].
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC by the customer.

2. Products and Availability

• Our products are offered while stocks last.

• In case of out of stock, the customer will be informed promptly and a solution will be proposed (refund, exchange, or deferred delivery).

• Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity (possible variations in color, packaging, design).

👉 Protective clause: We cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the visuals and the delivered product.

3. Order and Validation

• Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm and final acceptance.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud, or payment issue.

• The information provided by the customer when ordering (address, contact details) is binding. In case of error or omission, the company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

4. Secure Payment

• Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue) or PayPal.

• All transactions are encrypted and secured (SSL) 🔒.

• The order is only considered validated after full payment is received.

5. Delivery

• Area: Metropolitan France and certain European countries.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Order processing: 2 to 4 business days

  • Delivery: 5 to 8 business days depending on destination.

• Delivery times are given for information purposes only. No reasonable delay in delivery may give rise to compensation or order cancellation.

• Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the seller's responsibility ceases. Risks related to transport are transferred to the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

• Product unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

• Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless there is a proven error or defect on the part of the seller.

• Reimbursement will occur within 14 days after verification of the returned product.

👉 Protective clause: any product returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.

7. Return Policy & Warranty

• In case of a defective product, an exchange or refund will be offered after verification.

• Commercial warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects.

⚠️ Warranty exclusions:

• Misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions

• Damage related to transport after delivery

• Normal wear and tear of the product

8. Liability

• The use of Lum’ products must comply with their instructions.

• The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or particular incompatibility with the customer's skin.

The customer is solely responsible for the use of the product and its suitability for their needs.

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

• Customer data is collected solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

• In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

• No data is transferred or sold to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

• All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, videos, design) are protected by copyright.

• Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (strike, pandemic, natural disaster, global disruption of transport/logistics), the company cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with its contractual obligations.

12. Applicable Law & Disputes

• These GTC are governed by French law.

• In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

• Failing this, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
